REFUNDS

1. In order to refund an order, you must first contact us about said return via e-mail at kallensicuriousities@gmail.com. Please send us photos of said products as well as a reason for said refund.

2. Afterwards, you must send the returned item(s) back.

3. Once we receive the returned items, we will refund the money according to the price of said item on the date of purchase + the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

4. Please note that you have 30 days, as of the purchase date, to issue a refund. If you fail to issue a refund via email within said time period, you are not eligible for a refund.
